Student Conduct, studentconduct.dasa.ncsu.edu, 919.515.2963. Student Conduct can assist students with No Contact orders.
Violence Prevention and Threat Management, vptm.ehps.ncsu.edu/violence-prevention-threat-management, 919.513.4224. Provides effective intervention in situations that pose or may pose a threat to the safety of the community and safety planning assistance for faculty, staff and students.
Student Legal Services, studentlegal.dasa.ncsu.edu, 919.515.7091. Available to inform students of all legal options related to sex discrimination or gender-based violence, including court-issued No Contact orders.
Students of Concern, prevention.dasa.ncsu.edu/nc-state-cares/about, 919.515.4405. Provides support for students who are in crisis or who are identified as exhibiting concerning or worrisome behaviors.
Student Health and Gynecology Services, healthypack.dasa.ncsu.edu, 919.515.2563. Medical attention that does not involve concern for prosecution may be received within regular business hours. They can provide physical exams, emergency contraception pills and tests for sexually-transmitted diseases and infections. They do not offer forensic medical exams for evidence collection in sexual assault cases.
WakeMed, www.wakemed.org, 919.350.8000. Offers 24-hour services for survivors who need medical attention and offers specific care for sexual assault survivors through the Sexual Assault Forensic Examination (SAFE) Center. They can provide forensic medical exams if a sexual assault survivor is considering pursuing legal options. They can also provide emergency contraception pills and test for sexually transmitted diseases and infections.
InterAct of Wake County, www.interactofwake.org, 919.828.7501 (main office); 919.828.7740 (24-hour domestic violence crisis line); 919.828.3005 (24-hr sexual assault crisis line); 844.203.8896 (Spanish). Offers crisis counseling, information, assistance with shelter, emotional support, advocacy, court assistance and referrals to other agencies, as needed. They can also assist with paperwork for domestic violence protective orders and criminal charges. They have groups for survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence. They also provide 24-hour crisis lines for interpersonal violence survivors and offer forensic medical exams for sexual assault survivors via the Solace Center.
Solace Center, www.interactofwake.org/whatwedo/the-solace-center, 919.828.3067. Located at InterAct of Wake County at 1012 Oberlin Road, Raleigh, the Solace Center is a designated area for the forensic examination and treatment of survivors of rape/sexual assault.
Counseling Center, counseling.dasa.ncsu.edu, 919.515.2423. Emergency/crisis counseling for students 24 hours a day, every day of the year.

Financial Aid, studentservices.ncsu.edu/your-money/financial-aid, 919.515.6278. This office is available to support students with concerns about financial aid, billing or other financial issues that occur related to sex discrimination or sexual harassment.
LGBT+ Pride Center, www.ncsu.edu/glbt, 919.513.9742. Support for LGBT+ identified students and allies who have experienced violence or discrimination.
Human Resources – Employee Relations, er.hr.ncsu.edu, 919.515.6575. Human Resources’ Employee Relations department is dedicated to providing consultative services based on a wide range of issues related to individual employment as well as organizational effectiveness and work environment issues.
Office of Equal Opportunity, equalopportunity.ncsu.edu, 919.513.0574. OEO is home to the university’s Title IX coordinator as well as equal opportunity officers, who are available to answer questions about any Title IX matters or violations.
Sexual Assault Helpline, 919.515.4444, 24/7/365 hotline available to anyone impacted by dating violence, sexual assault, rape, stalking or other forms of gender-based violence. Advocates provide callers with emotional support, and information about their rights, options, and resources. Students can also reach advocates by emailing ncsuadvocate@ncsu.edu.
University Housing, housing.dasa.ncsu.edu, 919.515.2440. Trained to assist students with a variety of concerns and/or direct students to necessary resources, such as medical or counseling.
Women’s Center, www.ncsu.edu/womens-center, 919.515.2012. The Women’s Center advocates provide support to survivors of sexual and relationship violence including stalking. Services include crisis counseling intervention, academic/housing advocacy, accompaniment to court, student conduct hearings, and law enforcement agencies, and referrals to other services on campus or in the community. The NC State Women’s Center serves all NC State students and we welcome students of all genders, gender expression, and sexual orientation.
