GLBT Advocate Roundtable

The GLBT Advocate Roundtable is an opportunity for faculty and staff to build a community with other GLBT Advocate Program participants. This guided reflection will model a social justice-oriented community. We will:
Practice identifying instances of oppression. Debrief successful and unsuccessful strategies for interrupting those instances of oppression.Recognize opportunities for advocacy within the institution.Grow supportive connections with other faculty and staff.Attendance at the Advocate Roundtable counts as event credit to complete the two requirements of the GLBT Advocate Program.
