Join the Women’s and GLBT centers for a Womxn’s HERstory Month and Week of Action program centering on Afrofuturism as a site for liberation, particularly for our black transgender community. Speakers for the event will include community scholars, activists and artists who believe and embody the words of activist Fannie Lou Hammer, “Nobody’s free until everybody’s free.”
