All is Possible: Mary Ann Scherr’s Legacy in Metal

One of the first female industrial designers, Mary Ann Scherr was the first woman designer to work in the automobile industry. Two of her product designs were ranked among the top 100 of the 20th century. Curated by jewelry historian Ana Estrades, formerly of Sotheby’s Institute of Art in New York, All is Possible includes numerous examples of Scherr’s innovative jewelry, body monitors and design work.
