Food Fights: How History Matters to Contemporary Food Debates

NC State faculty members Charles Ludington and Matthew Booker edited Food Fights, a new book of essays that explores the many themes and tensions that define how we understand our food. They will be joined by Sarah Hutt Ludington to discuss a range of topics from the promises and failures of agricultural technology to the politics of taste.
