New NC State Resource: "Speaking and Writing About Diversity"
The Office for Institutional Equity and Diversity (OIED) now provides a resource on its website for the campus community about communicating about diversity. Included are both NC State and general diversity terms and definitions, as well as "do's and don'ts" and "language to avoid."
GLBT Advocate Program Debuts New Workshops
One of the signature initiatives of the GLBT Center is the GLBT Advocate Program, which launched last year and had over 100 participants in its inaugural year.
