John Miller Joins African American Cultural Center
A student-centered scholar-practitioner, John Miller IV holds a master's in higher education and bachelor's in psychology with a concentration in arts entrepreneurship, both from NC State. He most recently served as residence coordinator at Duke University.
Alonzo Fullenwilder Excels in Multiple Roles
Alonzo Fullenwilder, a senior in mechanical engineering with a minor in African studies, is from Wilmington, North Carolina. He began working in the African American Cultural Center in August. He also serves as president of the Xi Zeta Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc., Multicultural Student Affairs volunteer ambassador and chancellor’s aide.

African Diaspora Film Series to Begin Tuesday
Join the Africana Studies and Interdisciplinary Studies programs with the African American Cultural Center as they kick off their African Diaspora Film Series. This timely film series will feature documentaries and feature films that explore African and African American history, relationships and race relations, identity and the quest for equality and human rights.
