New Posters Fulfill One Component of NC State’s Federal Title IX Obligations
The Office for Institutional Equity and Diversity has published a new Title IX poster series. The posters are intended for display in all campus buildings as part of NC State’s compliance efforts in accordance with Title IX of the U.S. Education Amendments of 1972.

The Office for Institutional Equity and Diversity is pleased to announce NC State’s procurement of the Student Success™ Every Choice online bystander intervention program, an online training program available for all students, and Student Success™ Not Anymore online training program for all graduate students, faculty and staff.
What is Compliance?
Is compliance the same as diversity and inclusion? Is compliance another word for diversity? Is diversity the new compliance? Diversity and inclusion represent the proactive efforts to promote inclusiveness and respect for differences in the workplace and the educational environment. Diversity is not the new compliance.

Jordyne Blaise Named NC State’s Lead Deputy Title IX Coordinator
Jordyne Blaise has been named deputy Title IX coordinator at NC State University. Blaise also holds the title of assistant equal opportunity officer at NC State and investigates complaints of discrimination, conducts diversity training and develops outreach and programming initiatives.
