Students Get Immersed in Social Justice and Gender Equity
As Hurricane Matthew threatened to bring heavy rains and flooding to North Carolina, a group of students loaded their bags and prepared to immerse themselves in the Alternative Service Break in Greensboro and Atlanta.
Counselor-in-Residence Stephanie Rubain
Dr. Stephanie Rubain is a full-time counselor at the Counseling Center in the Student Health Center, as well as the Counselor-In-Residence at African American Cultural Center in Witherspoon Student Center.

Meron Habtemariam is an intern for the Communications team in the Office for Institutional Equity and Diversity, working alongside the staff on projects ranging from graphic design to photography. She was recently interviewed by fellow student and intern O'Licia Parker-Smith.
