What is Human Rights Day?
Human Rights Day, observed annually on December 10th, commemorates the day on which the United Nations General Assembly adopted the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) in Paris in 1948. This year, we created a video of Wolfpack members reading the declaration.
Annual Human Rights Day Observation and Coffee with the Chancellor
The 2015 NC State Human Rights Day observance will focus on the intersection of spirituality, faith and values and the protection and promotion of human rights with an exhibit in Talley's Cultural Hearth featuring graphical stories from the five largest world religions created by Design Professor Marc Russo, along with displays by campus organizations.
