Chances are, if you've attended an event hosted by the African American Cultural Center in the last few years, you will recognize Brayndon Stafford, an NC State student who has both volunteered and worked countless hours on behalf of the Center as well as several other campus organizations. Welcome to the African American Cultural Center Library & Media Room!
A fully-integrated part of NCSU Libraries, the African American Cultural Center Library and Media Room houses over 7,000 titles and is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. This peaceful haven is adjacent to the African American Cultural Center Art Gallery on the second floor of Witherspoon Student Center on Cates Avenue. Librarian Angela Jenkins provides a virtual tour of the facility.

Dr. Frances Graham to Lead the African American Cultural Center
Dr. Frances D. Graham will serve a two-year appointment as interim director of NC State's African American Cultural Center. Dr. Graham has served in higher education administrative roles at North Carolina Central University, North Carolina State University, and the University of Illinois.
AACC Welcomes Office Manager Yazmeen Irving
Yazmeen Irving is the new office manager for the African American Cultural Center. Yazmeen earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Leadership from Peace College in Raleigh, NC.
