Dr. Frances Graham to Lead the African American Cultural Center
Dr. Frances D. Graham will serve a two-year appointment as interim director of NC State's African American Cultural Center. Dr. Graham has served in higher education administrative roles at North Carolina Central University, North Carolina State University, and the University of Illinois.
Andy DeRoin Joins the GLBT Center as Program Coordinator
Andy DeRoin joined the GLBT Center as the new program coordinator on July 7, 2015. In this newly created position, Andy will help launch the Volunteer, Internship and Practicum (VIP) Program to engage students as leaders in initiatives across campus.

Originally from Tallahassee, Florida, Carley Wyche received her undergraduate degree in Anthropology from the University of Florida. Prior to joining the Office for Institutional Equity and Diversity, Carley received her Juris Doctor from the University of Richmond School of Law in May 2015.

Chris Genwright, from Mullins, South Carolina, is the new equal opportunity program coordinator in the Office for Institutional Equity and Diversity. He comes to us from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he was a human resources specialist specializing in new employee orientation and reduction in force briefings.

Yazmeen Irving is the new office manager for the African American Cultural Center. Yazmeen earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Leadership from Peace College in Raleigh, NC.
