We would like to provide an update for the campus community regarding current programming and services from the Office for Institutional Equity and Diversity (OIED).
Pursuant to Chancellor Woodson’s message from Mar. 17, 2020, OIED has changed its operating procedures to comply with the guidance on minimal operations.
We will continue critical staffing and services while following the guidelines. Here are the services that we are currently offering until further notice.
Vice Provost’s Office
Limited staffing will be available since staff are working remotely. Our main phone line at 919.515.3148 will be answered during regular business hours as usual.

Please note that NC State community members can still report concerns using all existing methods as listed on our website under Reporting Options.
Inclusive Excellence and Strategic Practice
Inclusive Excellence and Strategic Practice hosts the annual Building Future Faculty program each April. This conference will not be held this year. Accepted participants have been notified.
The annual Recognizing Excellence in Diversity (RED) Event originally scheduled for Apr. 22, 2020 will not be held. However, recipients of the Chancellor’s Creating Community Awards will still be selected and notified of their awards.
